10th Grade English - May 14-18

Monday through Friday - Students will be given time to continue drafting the body paragraphs of their research writing assignment.  Chromebooks will be available each day in class so students can work in Google Docs.  Periods 3&4 will be interrupted at times throughout the week due to Keystone Testing. 

Goal for the week - Complete all body paragraphs of the research writing assignment. 

10th Grade English - May 7-11

Monday through Friday - Students will work on various parts of the research writing assignment this week, including a thesis statement, outline, introductory paragraph, and body paragraphs.  Multiple parts of the paper and MLA formatting guidelines will be explained throughout the week.  Chromebooks will be available each day in class so students can work on their paper using Google Docs.

GOAL FOR FRIDAY, 5/11 - Students should have completed and typed their outline and introductory paragraph by this date.  They should also have begun working on the body paragraphs of their essay.  (More time will be given next week to continue drafting the body paragraphs, though Periods 3&4 will be interrupted at times by Keystone Testing.)
